Nik Nikolic works in the field for the Matanky Realty Group. Nikolic is a native of Serbia where he obtained a degree in mechanical engineering. He moved to Ohio where he was a successful entrepreneur before coming to Chicagoland. His engineering background is helpful in troubleshooting daily issues throughout the portfolio as well as forming requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid comparisons. Nikolic completes scheduled site visits for MRG and brings his extensive experience in management and maintenance to the property each round.

Nikolic serves as the main field contact for our tenants, vendors and contractors. He participates in progress meetings for Tenant Build-Outs and oversees both Tenant and Landlord work. Nikolic’s can-do attitude and quick response to all onsite concerns is an asset to our team.

Nikolic is a proud father of two young children and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and family.
