McDonald’s has secured its future home in Rockford, Illinois, on a 1.67-acre outlot parcel within a Walmart-anchored shopping center. The iconic Golden Arches will join a strong lineup of national retailers, including Arby’s, Dollar Tree, and ALDI, in one of the area’s high-traffic retail corridors.

On March 17, 2026, our own David Cordova completed the lease of Sports & Ortho P.C. at Garrity Square, located along the highly visible Deerfield Road corridor. The practice will provide physical therapy services focused on wellness, rehabilitation, and injury prevention to this affluent community.

Tide Laundromat and Boost Mobile are among the latest retailers to join the award-winning shopping center in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood, further strengthening an already premier tenant lineup.
The center is home to leading national brands, including ALDI, Burlington, Five Below, Chase, and Foot Locker.
Tide Laundromat is expected to join the center approximately four months after the construction notice date (TBD), occupying a 4,500 SF suite. We would also like to thank Terri Cox for successfully bringing this deal across the finish line.
Bishop Plaza Sale
We are proud to announce once again the sale of Bishop Plaza, a 76,075-square-foot retail and medical shopping center located in Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood. This landmark transaction marks the first change in ownership of the property in more than 30 years.
After decades of stewardship, investment, and community-focused redevelopment, the sale marks a significant milestone for the property and the continued evolution of the surrounding neighborhood.
