Hazel Crest Center Welcomes New Tenants
Oct 24, 2018
Compared to 18 months ago, Hazel Crest Center looks quite different these days. With half a dozen new tenants added to the mix, the center has shifted from an occupancy of 63% to 85% and offers more variety for its customers and community.
Notable new tenants joined Hazel Crest Center as of early 2017, thanks to Broker Associate, Zach Slagle. Slagle has been strategic in his efforts of filling the center’s vacant spaces, diversifying the goods/services offered while listening to the neighborhoods needs and wants.

Hazel Crest Center’s anchor tenants include, Teddy’s Fruit & Meat Market, Flavor Restaurant, Angelica’s Bakery, USPS and Family Dollar. These tenants already hold a strong customer base, but are sure to see some growth thanks to the various audiences our newer tenants attract. With a few spaces still available for rent, we look forward to seeing who else joins the mix!
