The transaction closed on August 25, 2026, with Senior Broker Troy Bates representing the landlord and completing the deal with Darryl and the DBJ team.
The new location marks another step in Dragon Budo Jujutsu’s continued growth across Chicago. DBJ Martial Arts now has locations at 6619 S. Halsted Street and 5010 S. State Street, with the State Street location opening soon, further expanding its presence in the city.
