The owners of Flawless Fadez made it their mission to find a shop that offers an affordable rent, provides ample parking for their future customers, delivers accessibility, and appeals to the demographics in the surrounding area. Once our skillful brokerage team showed them the Mundelein Square storefront location (located at 350-372 Townline Rd, Mundelein, IL), they eagerly requested us to expedite the leasing process so they could commence interior renovations to make the space their own. One month of renovations later (pictures below), and the space made its debut! This shop now sports a retro-modern barbershop aesthetic and exudes a warm atmosphere upon entry.
