Dr. Alla Shtilman DDS, the owner of Omnia Dental and the practice’s primary dentist, goes to great lengths to ensure that all her patients can relax before, during, and after their treatment, by creating an easy paperless check-in process, and offering patients a neck pillow, blanket, and tv access during procedures.
Matanky Realty Group Senior Broker Scott Levinson served as the landlord’s broker for this deal, successfully shepherding the Shops at Aptakisic landlord a deal which was favorable for both parties. Dr. Shtilman and her practice have become a welcome addition to the Shops at Aptakisic, and to the Buffalo Grove community. Omnia Dental will remain at this location for the next ten years, helping to enhance smiles and strengthen the oral health of her patients for years to come.
