Jimmy John’s is expanding its Chicagoland footprint with a new location at 1300 W. 127th Street in Calumet Park. Senior Broker Troy Bates completed the 12,580 SF transaction on August 4, 2026, helping move the project from land acquisition to new construction in a remarkably short timeframe.

The new Jimmy John’s is expected to open in Fall 2026, bringing the popular sandwich chain to an established retail corridor alongside McDonald’s, ALDI, Planet Fitness, Ace Hardware, and more.

The former gas station property offers strong visibility, convenient access, and exposure to an established consumer base, making it a natural fit for Jimmy John’s and a valuable addition to the Calumet Park community.

The deal officially closed on August 5, 2026, following an extensive negotiation process. Both parties are excited to partner on bringing a new coffee destination to this highly visible neighborhood center.
