The addition brings the property to over 95% leased, further strengthening its diverse mix of national, regional, and local tenants.
The transaction was completed on July 16, 2026, with Gregory Blade, Senior Broker representing the center and working alongside Jane Shekman, President of Silver Lining Home Care to finalize the lease. Silver Lining Home Care is expected to open soon, providing home care, home health, and mental health services to residents throughout the community.
