After securing a lease for a new space at their current shopping center, Rent-A-Center engaged MRG Construction Corp to create a move-in ready space for their staff. This 3,282 SF space was previously occupied by a vape shop. In order to create a space suitable for Rent-A-Center, MRG Construction Corp undertook all necessary activities to consult and manage the entire project throughout the designing, permitting and construction process.
MRG Construction Corp consulted the tenant’s design team during the early phases of the project, verifying existing conditions to catch any unforeseen issues that can arise during construction. This attention to detail and clear communication with the client and landlord ensured that the project would run smoothly.
With our dedicated superintendent’s lead, and the fine craftsmanship from qualified sub-contractors, the project was successfully completed on time and on budget. Our 5-week timeline was met without any change orders and was turned over to the client in flawless condition leaving a 0-punch list.
