These are uncertain times.

For all of us. There’s no question that we’ve all been impacted by COVID-19; our kids are safely home from school, our gym routines have changed, some stores and businesses have been required to close and our social life has shifted. Unfortunately, this is a global pandemic that has required government intervention to limit activities potentially contributing to the virus’ spread.

We are like the majority of American businesses; we are a small, family business that’s trying to work through these turbulent times. Whether you’ve been in our shopping centers for decades, or you’ve just signed a lease with us, we care. Your success is as important to us as it is to you.

We hope that this will pass soon so that we can return to normalcy. However, in the meantime, we look to lessen everyone’s business burdens by working together and communicating.

On Friday, March 20, 2020, Gov. Pritzker, issued a “stay at home” order that closed all non-essential businesses. Rest assured, our shopping centers and our office will stay open. Maintenance staff and security will continue to service our properties as they normally do.
